Maria Sharapova revealed the winning design for the Sony Ericsson Design Competition in the window at Liberty. Students from The London College of Fashion participated with Georgie Davies' design being chosen as the winner.

wait, someone designed that outfit and won?! She looks like a nurse from the 20's or something...with a curtain tassel around her waist.
From what I've read, the clothes on the mannequins are the winning entries for the the contest. Sharapova's dress, I believe, is just another failed attempt at being a fashionista.

what's with Maria being seeded 24 at wimby? weird.
Only at wimbledon it seems, they can seed players higher then their actual ranking because of many reasons. One of them is to help a recent champion/finalist/semifinalist what have you get a better draw. Hence you have maria on the women's side who would not be seeded based on her ranking (60s) and Schuettler on the men's side being seeded higher since he was in the semi's last year. It is really up to the discretion of the LTA i think. Otherwise, everybody else is seeded according to the rankings.
Forgot to mention Safin also being seeded at 14 despite his 23rd ranking because he was in last year's semis.
Maria actually has a stylist...she should be fired!
